Where is Vista del Cañon located?
Vista del Cañon is located in the City of Santa Clarita, California, in Northern Los Angeles County. We're approximately 35 miles northwest of Downtown Los Angeles.
What types of units are in the Vista del Cañon Complex?
Vista del Cañon has a total of 54 buildings divided into 362 units. Two-bedroom condominiums comprise 190 of the units and Two or Three-bedroom townhomes comprise the remaining 172 units. All units include a balcony or patio, and a fireplace. Square footages range from 863 to 1,212.
What kind of recreational areas are available in Vista del Cañon?
There are two recreational areas in the complex. One has a heated pool and a jacuzzi, and the other has a larger jacuzzi. Both facilities include restrooms and shower stalls.

As we improve our website, we anticipate having a page with that information. In the meantime, you should contact a Realtor to look up current listings in our complex.

I need an interior parking permit form. Where can I get it?

How do I make a work order request for maintenance or repair?
You can fill out the online Work Order Request Form, which will be sent to Property Management.
The Homeowner's Association Board: Who are the members?
Go to Community > HOA Board of Directors.
How can I contribute or volunteer for our Homeowner's Association?
You can definitely contribute to the complex by maintaining your home and area, as well as, abiding by the CC&R's and Rules & Regulations. In addition, there are numerous HOA Committees you can volunteer for. If you have the time and motivation, we definitely need you! Go to the Community HOA Committees Section. There you'll find descriptions of the different committees, and you can volunteer by filling out the online form.
When are the Board Meetings and can I attend?
The Monthly Board meeting with open forum is usually held on the third or fourth Saturday of each month at 2pm. The location is usually not finalized until about five days before the meeting. As a homeowner and/or resident, you're welcome to attend the public sessions. Click here to find out when and where!
